CatAV (Category Audiovisual) is our catch-all phrase for solutions which enable the transmission of analog video and audio signals across the Category 5e/6/7/8 structured cabling of your building. The signals remain "analog" i.e. they are not streamed, so there is no impact on your network or bandwidth.

These technologies enable your audiovisual sources to be centralised within comms rooms or other secure areas and then distributed to screens/displays over dedicated structured cabling links. This approach delivers significant benefits to estate managers:
