Combining feature-rich, multi-channel content management with ticket-based queue management and support for multiple user and customer interfaces, Multi-Q is an essential tool for retailers and branch managers, alike.
Customers select a required service from a touch screen menu and receive a ticket. The ticket is automatically updated to virtually any number of queue-management displays within the branch, detailing where the customer is in the queue. This enables the customer to continue through the retail experience whilst waiting to be called for their required service.
Tickets can be “called forward” by concierges, sales assistants or tellers utilising a variety of applications (PDA interface, Desktop application or Web interface) and the ticket will automatically be removed from the queue. “Call Forward” requests can also activate other applications via external triggers, such as gate openings, automatic locks or network based activities.

Multi-Q displays can be positioned at virtually any location within the branch to ensure the widest view-range and optimize customer flow. The Multi-Q display can be connected to your Ethernet LAN via patch cable or wireless.
